SESSION DESCRIPTION
ESSE — Energetic Synthesis of Structural Embodiment What if your body could have more ease, space and freedom? ESSE is a gentle, hands-on energetic bodywork approach from Access Consciousness® that works with the body and its structure, including the connective fascial system. Rather than forcing the body to change, ESSE invites the body to release areas of tension, restriction, energetic holding and judgment. An ESSE session may contribute to: • Greater ease and relaxation in the body • Release of muscle tension and stiffness • More space and freedom within the fascia • Greater ease with movement • Release of energetic blockages and areas of holding • Less judgment of your body • Greater body awareness, connection and receiving Every body is different, and every session is unique. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or No-Shows of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a $100 CAD Fee is to be paid prior to rebooking.
