SESSION DESCRIPTION

What is the Abuse Hold? The Abuse Hold is an advanced Access Consciousness body process designed to release and clear the energetic imprints of abuse—physical, emotional, mental, sexual, or spiritual—that may be locked into a person's body and being. The Abuse Hold is a deeply nurturing, hands-on body process from Access Consciousness®. In this session, you’ll lie down fully clothed while being gently held by a trained facilitator in a space of kindness, non-judgment, and care. This process creates the energetic space for your body to unwind and begin releasing the deeply stored trauma from past abuse—whether physical, emotional, sexual, verbal, psychological, or financial. Abuse often gets locked into the cells of the body, creating tension, vigilance, and a sense of always needing to be on guard. The Abuse Hold allows your body to:     •    Release trauma held at a cellular level     •    Let go of rigidity and stress     •    Begin feeling safety, peace, and softness again     •    Receive kindness in a way that may not have been possible before This is not a talk session. You don’t need to share your story.
