By signing below, I acknowledge that:

  1. I am voluntarily participating in the Sunset Meditation & Cold Plunge at Sheep River.

  2. I understand this is a natural environment: water levels may vary, currents may be stronger in some areas, and rocks can be slippery.

  3. I accept full responsibility for my safety and well-being during participation.

  4. I release and hold harmless Heavenly Warrior Yoga & Wellness Corp. and Araceli Guerrero from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation.

  5. I understand that by attending the event, I assume all risks.

Photo & Video Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for community sharing or promotion. If I appear in media and do not wish to have my face shown, I understand I can request it be blurred.
I prefer my face blurred if captured.
I am comfortable with my image being used.
