Coaching Package Session Policy

1. Session Types and Booking

  • Coaching sessions are conducted via phone call, video chat (Zoom), or in-person.
  • In-person sessions are subject to approval and availability.
  • Clients may choose how to allocate their purchased coaching package time or may opt to follow Araceli's recommendation for session breakdown.

2. Scheduling Sessions

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • To book a session, please contact us via phone or through our online booking system.
  • Confirmation of the scheduled session will be sent to you via your preferred communication method.

3. Documentation and Time Tracking

  • All coaching session times will be meticulously documented.
  • After each session, you will receive a notification detailing the duration of the session and the remaining balance of your coaching package time.

4. Homework and Follow-Up

  • Homework assignments will be provided after each session.
  • These assignments are tailored to support your progress and address any energetic blockages.
  • In subsequent sessions, we will review your homework, discuss next steps, and identify any areas that need further clearing.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a deduction of session time from your coaching package.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at Araceli’s discretion.

6. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are confidential. Your personal information and anything discussed during sessions will not be shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Communication Outside of Sessions

  • Araceli is available for brief communications via phone or text between sessions to book next sessions, provide feedback from prior sessions, or discuss what you would like to cover at your next session.
  • Extensive support or additional coaching outside scheduled sessions will be deducted from your package time, as this is considered on-call coaching.

8. Sharing Package Time

  • Clients may share their package time with others, such as family or friends. Please inform Araceli in advance if you plan to share your package time, so appropriate arrangements can be made.

9. Payment Policy

  • Full payment for the coaching package is due prior to the first session.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or bank transfer.
  • A receipt will be provided upon request.
