Thousands of people around the world have created the life they desire by using the simple and pragmatic tools of Access Consciousness that you will be introduced to in the Foundation class. The Foundation classes are designed to empower you to change anything and everything you’d like to change in your life. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your attendance. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs and maintain the quality of our classes, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: -If you need to cancel your attendance, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time of the class. -Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will allow you to apply the credit towards a future class. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: -If you cancel within the 48-hour window before the class start time or fail to attend without any prior notice (no-show), a rescheduling fee of $250 will be applied. -This fee must be paid in order to reschedule for a future class. 3. Rescheduling Process: -To reschedule your class, please visit our website and check the schedule for upcoming classes. -Once you find a suitable class, contact our support team with your preferred new class date and time. -If applicable, ensure that the $250 rescheduling fee is paid before your new class date is confirmed. 4. How to Cancel: -Cancellations must be made in writing. Please email us at contact@heavenlywarrior.ca -Include your name, the class you are canceling, and the scheduled date and time of the class. 5. Refund Policy: -If you cancel with the required 48 hours' notice, you will not incur any cancellation fees, and your payment will be credited towards a future class. -No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. Only credits towards future classes will be issued after payment of the rescheduling fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
